A step by step guideline – your Game Plan

A small most-likely-to-fail club in Colorado used the Timberline Toppers' Plan to recruit several classes of 40 and more new dancers to become the largest club in the state. At one time they struggled to get more than one square on the floor. Today, they control their class size to maintain a membership around 120, and continue to be among the largest clubs in the state. Their recruiting campaign lasts about three months, and they have actually asked the club members to stop recruiting during the campaign because they develop too many prospects. They use a step-by-step plan that can be used by any club (mainstream, plus, round, urban, suburban, or rural) to grow and strengthen their club.
