These are the redlines approved at the July 27, 2014 CSSDA meeting.  The changes in Blue are the changes approved at the April 2014 meeting.  The changes in red were presented at the Representatives meeting and the changes in green were made at the Representatives meeting.  These by-laws were approved by the BOD with a motion by Linda Goble, seconded by Jim Stafford.  There was one objection from Alan Hirsch because there was little time to review the changes.  The motion carried.

 

Minutes of the July 2014 meeting.  These minutes will be approved at the Oct 2014 meeting

The changes to Policy Sheet 2 - Hosting Annual CSSDA State Festivals as presented by Linda Goble as modified by at the Representatives meeting. A motion was made by Linda Goble to accept the changes which was seconded by Jim Stafford. The changes in Blue are additions and the changes in red are the deletions were presented at the Representatives meeting and the changes in green were made at the Representatives meeting. These by-laws were approved by the BOD with a motion by Linda Goble, seconded by Jim Stafford. There was one objection from Alan Hirsch because there was little time to review the changes. The motion carried.
