Dancers who attend Saturday's Festival will be treated to a three course sit down banquet served at tables of eight.
This is included in your Festival registration. The Banquet is scheduled for 5:30 pm Saturday.
Please select from the entrees when you register:
- Pan Seared Salmon with a white wine cream sauce
- London Broil Marinated Sirloin Tri Tip with Mushrooms Demi-Glace
- Chicken Scaloppini with Mushrooms, sun-dried Tomatoes, Capers and white wine sauce.
- Chef's Choice Vegetarian
All entrees are available gluten free.
The chef will honor all dietary restrictions if you inform us when you register for the Festival.
Awards will be presented at the banquet.
