There are two types of Membership Forms available.
Click here to download a Microsoft word.doc form that you can fill in on-line, then print it out with your information. if you prefer, click here for a pdf version of the membership form. This form will need to be printed out then filled in manually.
Annual dues are due November 1 of each year. New members joining during the year receive reduced rate for the current year based on the following:
January thru March - full dues amount
April thru June - 3/4 dues amount
July thru Sept - 1/2 of full amount
Oct thru Dec - 1/4 of dues amount
